AT-INNOVATION LLC is the data controller for Missonar. This policy explains Missonar’s actual personal-data processing.

Data categories
Depending on the features used, Missonar processes account identifiers and email; Google OAuth identity and authentication data; uploaded CVs; extracted professional profiles; mission preferences; matching and scoring results; generated pitches; mission interactions and statuses; notification preferences; a telephone number when WhatsApp notifications are enabled; Stripe customer, subscription, and payment-status identifiers; technical, security, and error data; and limited first-party product events when enabled. Missonar does not receive full payment-card details from Stripe.
Purposes
Data is used to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; extract and maintain professional profiles; collect, analyze, match, score, rank, and organize opportunities; generate suggested pitches; record mission interactions; deliver selected notifications; provide support; administer plans and subscriptions; protect service integrity; diagnose errors; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar law applies, account creation, requested profile and CV processing, matching, and subscription management rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one. Security, fraud prevention, service integrity, and limited operational analytics may rely on AT-INNOVATION LLC’s legitimate interests, subject to applicable balancing requirements. Required legal and accounting records rely on compliance with legal obligations. Optional communications or consent-based functions rely on consent where applicable law requires it; consent may then be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and recipients
Supabase supports database, account, and authentication infrastructure. Google provides OAuth and, through Gmail, email delivery. Stripe provides payment and subscription processing. OpenAI supports AI-assisted CV, profile, matching, and pitch functions. Apify supports opportunity collection. Vercel hosts and delivers Missonar. n8n orchestrates automated workflows. Twilio delivers enabled WhatsApp notifications. Each provider receives data broadly necessary for its role; Missonar does not claim here that any provider performs every processing activity.
Retention
Account, profile, CV, and related operational data are retained while needed to provide the Missonar account and service. Users may request account and personal-data deletion at info@miravoxtech.com. Deletion is subject to records AT-INNOVATION LLC must retain as necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate mandatory obligations. Technical backups may require a reasonable deletion cycle. When no verified fixed period applies, retention depends on account status, operational need, legal requirements, security needs, and the resolution of disputes.
International data transfers
AT-INNOVATION LLC is based in the United States. Service providers may process personal data in the United States or other countries outside the user’s country or the European Economic Area. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, legally required safeguards will be used in accordance with applicable law.
Your rights
Rights vary by applicable law. Where GDPR applies, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to the competent supervisory authority. Requests may be sent to info@miravoxtech.com. Reasonable identity verification may be requested when necessary to protect personal data.
Security and user responsibility
Missonar uses service and access controls intended to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should secure their accounts and avoid uploading information not needed for the service.
